Flower Bouquet Subscriptions

Weekly Seasonal Flower Bouquets

Discover the perfect gift idea for a cherished friend or loved one (or treat yourself!) with our bouquet subscriptions. It’s a thoughtful and eco-friendly way to brighten any home with stunning blooms each week.

Our seasonal bouquets showcase the finest flowers from our farm, offering a delightful variety throughout the year—from vibrant tulips in spring to lush dahlias in summer and autumn.

Each bouquet is freshly picked, carefully conditioned, and ready to be displayed in a vase—no arranging needed. You can choose the duration of the subscription and select from two convenient collection locations.

For those who may have difficulty picking up their bouquets, such as residents of aged care facilities, we are able to offer free delivery to local areas. Please see the below FAQ for more info, or feel free to contact us for more details or assistance in setting up a subscription or gift.

Bouquet subscriptions begin the first week of September, all the way through the growing season until the end of April.

FAQs

We have two options for collection:

  • Our farm, Fleurs de Lyonville, at 35 Leishmans Lane, Lyonville on Fridays.
  • The Social Foundry, at 86 Mollison St. Kyneton on Wednesdays.

Flowers will be available for collection from midday on the collection day. They will be stored out of sunlight and in water to ensure they are as fresh as possible.

We have lots of customers wishing to gift a subscription to someone who is unable to collect it themselves (e.g. a friend or loved one in an aged care facility).

If this applies to you, we offer free delivery to aged care providers in the local area, including:

  • Kyneton = Wednesday
  • Daylesford =  Thursday
  • Woodend & Trentham = Friday

Once you receive your bouquet, ensure you keep it out of direct sunlight, and ideally, in a cooler area of your home. Changing the water regularly (i.e. every 2-3 days) and snipping the stem ends are the only other maintenance required to maximise vase life.

If you are collecting on a very hot day, we recommend bringing a container or bucket with you so the flowers can be kept in water.

Your flowers will be a true representation of what is blooming that week on the farm and will show the progression of seasonality through the weeks, so unfortunately we are unable to take specific requests. No two bouquets are the same, so you are guaranteed something special every week.

It is important to note that every flower has a different vase life, but we endeavour to provide the freshest blooms. All have been conditioned for longevity and should last at least 5-7 days.

If you are unable to collect the flowers on any given week, we advise you either ‘gift’ the flowers to someone, or have someone else collect in your stead.
